Christmas 2025 Waste and Recycling Service

We are scheduling our collection services over the Christmas 2025 Holiday period to ensure that we can meet your needs. Below is a calendar which details our schedule. If you are closed and do not require collections, please let us know by Wednesday 10th December 2025 by email to transport@clearaway.uk.com, as this will avoid us turning up to collect and you incurring collection charges.  If you require additional or rescheduled collections please do not hesitate to contact the transport team at transport@clearaway.uk.com and we will do all that we can.

1. Our Christmas collection schedule is detailed below.
2. Excess Waste – if you have previously advised Clearaway not to collect Extra Waste we will not do so over the festive period unless confirmed in advance by email to transport@clearaway.uk.com.

Service Amendments during the 2025 Christmas Holiday period

1. Trade Wheelie Bin Scheduled Collections:

• Normal collections up to and including Wednesday 24th December 2025.
• No Collections On Thursday 25th or Friday 26th December 2025.
• Collections scheduled for Thursday 25th Dec 2025 will be collected on either Monday 29th or Tuesday 30th Dec 2025.
• Collections scheduled for Friday 26th Dec 2025 will be collected on either Monday 29th or Tuesday 30th Dec 2025.
• Collections scheduled for Monday 29th Dec 2024 will be collected on either that day or on Tuesday 30th Dec 2025.
• Collections scheduled for Tuesday 30th Dec 2025 will be collected on either that Day or on Wednesday 31st Dec 2025.
• Normal collections on Wednesday 31st Dec 2025.
• No Collections On Thursday 1st January 2026.
• Collections scheduled for Thursday 1st Jan 2026 will be collected on either Friday 2nd or Saturday 3rd Jan 2026.
• Collections scheduled for Friday 2nd Jan 2026 will be collected on either that Day or on Saturday 3rd Jan 2026.
• Normal Collections resume from Monday 5th Jan 2026.

2. REL Scheduled Collections:

• Note REL Collections follow the Same Festive Service Schedule As Wheelie Bins
  Above.

3. RoRo Scheduled Collections:

• Normal collections up to and including Wednesday 24th Dec 2025.
• There will be no collections from Thursday 25th Dec 2025 to Friday 2nd Jan 2026, unless specifically agreed with customers.
• Normal collections resume from Monday 5th Jan 2026

4. Adhoc Deliveries and Collections:

• Normal Collections & Deliveries up to and including Friday 19th Dec 2025.
• Thereafter, our Box Van will not be running over the festive season.
• So there will be NO Collections or Deliveries From Monday 22nd Dec 2025 to Friday 2nd Jan 2026.
• Normal Collections & Deliveries resume from Monday 5th Jan 2026 onwards.
